Q: Does SHADE have any actual shops or is it all online?

SHADE is only stocked on our online store (shadelondon.com) and a very select few retailers.

 

Q: What methods of payment can I use to buy SHADE?

Payments can be processed through any registered account with Paypal or Worldpay where we accept payment from Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Mastercard Debit, Mastercard Credit, JCB, Visa Electron and Maestro.

 

Q: What currencies do you accept?

We only accept payments in UK Pounds. 

 

Q: How much does postage and packaging cost?

UK - £3.50

This is the minimum rate; actual P&P charges are dependent on the total weight of your order. Full details available here

 

Q: Does SHADE ship abroad?

Yes! We can dispatch all our products to all corners of the globe.

EU Countries - £7.50

Rest of World - £8.50

Q: Can I track my order?

Yes! Goods sent within the UK are sent Signed For, so we supply you with tracking details on despatch. You will need to sign on delivery. 

Goods sent outside the UK are Airmail International Signed For.  Again, you will receive tracking details on despatch and a signature is required on delivery.

 

Q: When can I expect to receive my order?

Within UK – 2-3 working days, although goods often arrive sooner.

Outside UK :

Western Europe – 3-5 working days

Eastern Europe – 5-7 working days

Rest of the World – 5-7 working days

 

Q: What is your returns/exchange policy?

Items may be exchanged, or returned for a full refund, within 7 days of receiving the item, so long as the item is received back to the seller in the same condition as it was sent. For all returns and exchanges we charge a standard £5 admin fee and we cannot refund the cost of postage. We also advise you send your item recorded delivery, as we cannot guarantee receipt.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we w​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ill send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If there are no problems, your refund/exc​​​​hanged item will be processed â€‹â€‹â€‹and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.​

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Unless they are defective or damaged, we only replace items at our discretion.  However, we do try and be helpful and value our customers’ support and trust their integrity. If you need to exchange a purchase for the same item, send us an email at info@shadelondon.com.

MODELLING

Q: How old do you have to be to model for SHADE?

At least 16 and of course any model under the age of 18 must have their parents permission before taking part in a SHADE shoot.

 

Q: What measurements do you have to be to model for SHADE?

At SHADE, we aren't looking for any particular specs; just an overall look.

 

Q: Where do I email my photos? and what kind of photographs should I send?

Just send us a couple simple/clear/unedited photographs of your face and body to work@shadelondon.com.
